Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media/Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is essential in developing and executing engaging social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive digital growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation techniques to elevate our online presence across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Manage content creation, including writing, editing, and proofreading posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Utilize graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually compelling graphics and videos.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Optimize content for SEO by performing keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Engage with followers through relationship management techniques to foster community loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, branding, e-commerce, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management.
Qualifications -ENTRY LEVEL
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and social listening tools.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.
- Strong writing skills with excellent proofreading abilities.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing.
- Understanding of branding principles and relationship management strategies.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform content strategy adjustments.
