This is a part-time, remote role offering the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate, with occasional travel to existing and future offices as our footprint expands.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Plan, write, and design social media content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives. Oversee daily execution of social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (paid search (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and display ads) by creating engaging posts, running campaigns, and interacting with our audience to build a loyal community around our brand.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee the SEO strategy to increase organic traffic to the website, including keyword research, on-page SEO, backlink building, and content optimization. Manage SEM campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance tracking
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention, including newsletters, product promotions, and personalized email flows.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign data. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, patient preferences, and opportunities to expand our service offerings.
- Brand Awareness: Work on strategies to increase brand visibility in the pain management and healthcare space.
- On-Site Content Capture: Coordinate and attend on-site visits to gather high-quality content for social media.
- Reels & Video Editing: Design, edit, and optimize Reels and other short-form video content.
- Platform Optimization: Utilize all features of each platform, ie Reels and emerging tools, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities in an authentic and timely manner.
- Content & Email Marketing Support: Review and upload blog posts, as well as design and write email campaigns.
- Client Communication & Event Support: Maintain client communications and attend events as needed to support marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of social media marketing experience is preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Google Suite, and Canva
- Experience with Loomly a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Positive, go-getter attitude is a must
- Strong creative instincts and an eye for detail
- Proven experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Experience with social media ad campaigns and demonstrated success a plus
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer segmentation strategies

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.08 per hour
