• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, images, videos, and graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and content creation best practices.
• Manage daily social media activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost visibility and drive specific marketing objectives.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to evaluate campaign performance; adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and improve discoverability.
• Support public relations efforts by managing online reputation and coordinating with media outlets when necessary.
• Assist in photography, video editing, and graphic design projects to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with our audience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our online presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles; internship experience is also valued.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), along with basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening techniques.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns.
• Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency; experience with photography is a plus.
• Ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences while maintaining proofreading accuracy.
• Experience in public relations or relationship management within digital spaces is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
