Arlington Strategy is a boutique marketing agency that works with local businesses, nonprofits, and public agencies. We help brands clarify their message and connect meaningfully with the people they serve.

We are a small, collaborative team looking for an entry-level Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support our clients and internal marketing work across social media, writing, design, research, and administrative tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure to agency life.

Responsibilities

• Research social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Write, edit, and proof social media captions and short-form content
• Create social media graphics and simple marketing assets using Canva
• Assist with short-form video content for social platforms
• Help manage content calendars and publishing schedules
• Support newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials
• Conduct research to support client strategy and content development
• Provide administrative and operational support across projects

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience creating social media graphics using Canva
• Interest in social media and digital marketing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with a small team

Preferred

• Internship or job experience in marketing or communications
• Exposure to a marketing or communications agency
• Familiarity with short-form social video editing
• Comfort learning new tools and technologies independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
