Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Our veterinary clinic is seeking a creative, organized, and professional Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our online presence and strengthen relationships within the veterinary and pet-owning community.

The role of our Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is pivotal within our veterinary clinic, requiring a unique blend of attention to detail and personalized service. You will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care, both in-person and through various communication channels with clients and staff. Building strong relationships with our clients and internal team members is fundamental to success in this role. We aim to offer comprehensive and innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients' pets while increasing clinic visibility. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, content creation, client interaction, and supporting a fast-paced medical team.

Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for the clinic’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop marketing materials including graphics, posts, photos, and short videos
  • Collaborate with our website development team to keep online content current and engaging
  • Interact professionally with clients both online and in person
  • Help promote the clinic to local organizations, veterinary groups, and partner clinics
  • Assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives
  • Support the administrative team with general office and marketing-related tasks
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages/comments when appropriate
  • Assist the administrative team in hiring process and attract new talent, Interns, Veterinarians, and support staff
  • Creating competitive medical content is required

Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
  • Strong written communication and marketing skills
  • Basic photography, graphic design, or video editing skills preferred
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and representing the clinic professionally
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
  • Experience in veterinary medicine, animal care, or healthcare marketing is a plus

Schedule: 30-40 hours a week
