Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

<Duties>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to streamline posting schedules and analyze campaign performance.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts to improve organic reach.
  • Coordinate with the public relations team to craft press releases, media pitches, and outreach efforts that enhance brand reputation.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while analyzing web analytics through Google Analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster strong relationship management.
  • Oversee branding consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives through creative content creation.
  • Collaborate with the photography team for high-quality visual assets and produce video editing projects that enhance storytelling efforts.

<Experience>

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer; knowledge of Facebook Advertising is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation tailored to target audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics platforms to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Knowledge of branding principles, public relations tactics, photography basics, video editing skills, and e-commerce platforms will be highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
