Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and optimal timing for audience engagement.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community relationships.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to support branding initiatives, promotional events, and media outreach efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management tools, and industry best practices to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in digital content creation.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content across multiple formats including video editing and photography.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration is a plus.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in branding consistency.
- Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and creative departments.
