Social Media and Marketing Coordinator

Duties

  • Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure consistent branding and compelling storytelling.
  • Manage social media scheduling and monitoring using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to optimize posting times and track performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and support brand reputation management.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively while managing budgets for maximum impact.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating promotional content, optimizing product listings, and tracking sales performance through digital marketing strategies.
  • Produce multimedia content including photography and video editing to enrich social media posts and marketing materials.
  • Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries promptly, and fostering a vibrant online community.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Experience executing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other social media platforms with measurable results.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, web analytics platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and maintaining consistent branding voice.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in public relations or relationship management is a plus for fostering community engagement.
