Duties

- Manage daily social media operations using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content creation and campaign adjustments.
- Design eye-catching visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Oversee local public relations efforts by fostering relationships with community partners, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand reputation.
- Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns utilizing audience segmentation and keyword research to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate on branding initiatives that reinforce our identity across all digital channels while maintaining consistency in messaging.
- Support e-commerce activities by creating promotional content for online sales channels and managing product photography when needed.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice before publishing or distribution.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management within a local or community-focused environment is highly preferred.
- Strong graphic design skills complemented by proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite are essential.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is required.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies is necessary.
