About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven social media & Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all social media accounts on a daily basis, developing engaging content, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, content creation, and performance tracking, along with the ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms daily (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos
- Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor social media activity, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms when required
- Maintain brand identity, tone, and visual consistency across all channels
- Identify opportunities to increase followers, engagement, and reach
Requirements
- Nationality: Arabic (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management and marketing
- Proven experience in handling multiple social media accounts daily
- Strong knowledge of content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
