Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in content creation, community management, and driving brand awareness through innovative digital marketing techniques.

Duties

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Use tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure high-quality standards before publication.
• Implement branding strategies that align with the company’s vision and mission.
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track performance metrics.
• Experience with content creation including photography and video editing skills is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Pay: $45,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
