Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. You will work on internal as well as external marketing efforts for the chiropractic practice to drive sales and attract new patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Utilize internal and external marketing tactics to create a fun, engaging environment.
- Participate in external marketing events to promote the practice.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Drive google reviews and respond to google reviews.
- Create and post engaging content to social media channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers and partners to enhance public relations efforts.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to keep strategies fresh and innovative.
Skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles including branding, relationship management, and public relations.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies with a focus on content creation, graphic design, SEO, and keyword research.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively across various platforms.
- Understanding of marketing tactics in general in order to utilize internal marketing as well as external marketing efforts to attract new patients and drive referrals.
- Ability to create and send out engaging email campaigns that is informational to patient list.
- Creative mindset with strong skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design.
