Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Cosmetic Surgery Clinic Team. The indeal candidate must be creative and strategic and adaptable to change. La Mesa Medical Hair Restoration is a Hair Transplant Clinic that has been in business for 25 years. The position we are looking to fill is in person, full time Mon-Friday, with paid time off and benefits. The hours can be flexible. The candidate will plan, direct and coordinate marketing, ads, and social media campaigns.

The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in marketing, design and social media. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in business and marketing; additional training and certifications are not required but a plus. The ideal candidate has experience and knowledge in principles and methods of promoting and advertising services, this includes marketing strategy and tactics and social media campaign planning and execution. We are looking for someone ambitious and innovative. To perform well in this role, being proficient with computers is a must. The candidate must be open and willing to learn and engage in opportunities to grow. They would be coordinating and overseeing the third-party vendors and contractors we work with.

Work Activities

  • Develop marketing plans, strategies and managing social media campaigns
  • Create forms for treatments and procedures offered at our clinic
  • Design brochure, pamphlets, flyers and other promotional materials to mail
  • Assist in creating text and email campaign and reach out to podcast and other media
  • Managing our calender
  • Take photos and videos and keep patients photo folders up to date
  • Keep track of data to inform operational decisions and activities

  • Job Duties
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform that resonates with our target audience.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms to increase number of qualified leads
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to keep strategies relevant.

Skills

  • Knowlege in social media management tools and graphic design principles
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with software for creating multimedia content, photo and video
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Experience in photography for capturing high-quality images for website

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,500.00 - $76,500.00 per year
