Social Media Management

• Develop, execute, and manage content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and oversee daily posting, stories, reels, live streams, and campaigns that reflect the brand’s classy, elegant, and transparent voice.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
• Collaborate with staff and patients (with consent) for before-and-after content, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes features.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Design and manage digital ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate email and SMS campaigns with strong direct-response calls to action.
• Support in-office promotions, events, raffles, and seasonal campaigns.
• Build and execute a clear content calendar aligned with monthly revenue goals.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for conversion and ROI.

Creative & Strategic Duties

• Develop brand-consistent graphics, captions, and video concepts.
• Stay on top of cosmetic industry trends and viral content ideas.
• Brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns (e.g., “Get the Perfect Profile” rhinoplasty promotions, luxury med-spa events).
• Collaborate directly with leadership to ensure brand alignment and strategic marketing growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in social media management, marketing, or related field (medical or luxury brand experience a plus).
• Strong skills in video editing, photography, and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable ROI.
• Knowledge of paid ads, analytics, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand voice: elegant, warm, precise, and approachable.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
