Social Media and Marketing Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing trends.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter And TikTok.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while aligning with brand messaging.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising and other paid promotions.
• Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand standards.
• Engage in relationship management by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and video editing techniques to enhance our content strategy.
• Gathering in person content at various locations.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of public relations principles and branding strategies.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation and proofreading.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
