Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should know how to create, optimize, and scale ad campaigns that generate measurable results — leads, traffic, and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Perform A/B testing, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
• Research audience targeting, interests, and keywords to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad visuals, video content, and copy.
• Manage social media pages, engagement, and brand consistency.
• Track conversions using Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
• Stay updated with latest ad policies, trends, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search + Display).
• Strong grip on lead generation, remarketing, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of SEO basics, content strategy, and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Must provide proof of successful campaigns or portfolio.
