We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- Create engaging and high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
- Oversee public relations efforts by managing relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community partners.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while exploring new opportunities for growth in e-commerce and digital marketplaces.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment before publication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branding initiatives and promotional events.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital advertising, graphic design, video editing, and related fields.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics, and keyword research strategies.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and other paid social campaigns.
- Excellent content creation skills including photography, video production, proofreading, and storytelling.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform marketing decisions effectively.
- Strong relationship management skills for engaging with media outlets, influencers, and customers.
- Familiarity with branding principles and public relations strategies.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
