- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar.

- Write short-form content for email newsletters and inventory announcements.
- Optimize social posts using best practices for reach, engagement, and link clicks.

- Track performance inside GA4, LinkedIn Analytics, and marketing dashboards.
- Provide weekly summaries on what content performed best and why.

- Work closely with sales to highlight high-value robots, systems, and parts.
- Coordinate with our robot lab, warehouse, and operations teams to gather real-time updates.
What We’re Looking For - Required
- Experience managing social media channels for a business (LinkedIn experience strongly preferred).
- Ability to create engaging content fast—photos, videos, graphics, captions.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong writing skills with an eye for clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to be on-site regularly to capture footage in our lab/warehouse.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

- Familiarity with automation or engineering terminology (FANUC, KUKA, rails, risers, servo amps, etc.)
Personality Fit
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Love learning technical things and turning them into simple content.
- Are proactive — you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to post.
