Our brand brings people together through semi-private training, group fitness classes, pop-up events, and apparel/merchandise drops. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to help us elevate our online presence and take our brand to the next level.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and content creation, preferably within the fitness and/or apparel industry. This role will play a key part in developing content, maintaining posting schedules, and driving engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other platforms.
• Work closely with the team to develop marketing campaigns that highlight classes, apparel launches, and community events.
• Capture and edit content during gym sessions, events, and apparel shoots.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with brand voice and goals.
• Monitor analytics and provide insight on performance, growth, and engagement.
• Research social media trends and implement creative strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Assist with email campaigns, community outreach, and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing (fitness and/or apparel experience preferred).
• Strong skills in content creation: photo, video, reels, and short-form editing.
• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling and brand voice.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fitness, lifestyle, and community building.
