Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback to inform marketing tactics.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation aligned with branding guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand credibility.
Skills
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research to improve content discoverability.
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social listening platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and E-commerce platforms to track performance metrics.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure clear, engaging messaging across all channels.
