Social Media and Marketing Manager

An established and busy luxury plastic surgery practice in Newport Beach is seeking a highly motivated and talented Social Media Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing the paid social media campaigns, collaborate with our third-party SEO company in all aspects relating to local SEO, reputation management, local listings, and organic social media. The ideal candidate must be driven, and goal oriented with entrepreneurial mindset. He/she must show the ability to prioritize, start, and complete projects and manage them through the entire lifecycle. We're looking for someone well versed in a multitude of techniques with a track record to strategize, develop, and implement our brand. Candidates familiar with plastic surgery market highly desired.

Orange County Resident only; this is a full-time position located out of our office in Newport Beach, CA.

Job description:

This Social Media superstar will be responsible for the ongoing management and growth of our social media campaigns, local SEO, reputation management, local listings, and organic social media. The right candidate for the role is a proactive learner and problem solver, following and using new trends in social media to incorporate the best social strategies for our brand.

• Create, manage, and grow our brand presence across social media channels, including Facebook and IG

· Experience in Social Media advertising and metrics

· Familiar with Word Press website technology

· Experience with keyword research and implementing social media trends

· Craft compelling social media messages

• Ability to work with programs like Photoshop or Canva
• Manage and optimize local listings using Google, Bing, and Yelp platforms
• Experience in writing creative and original blog content is a plus.
• Excellent written/ verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools

Marketing experience in medical spa /cosmetic surgery is a plus and will receive additional consideration. Must be Orange County resident. At least 3+ year experience in social media management / must be able to verify.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing compelling visuals.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with social management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts.
• Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns and social listening techniques to gauge audience sentiment.
• Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in branding consistency.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
