Responsibilities

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
- Monitor social listening tools to analyze audience sentiment, track industry trends, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, analyze traffic patterns, and report on key metrics.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly while maintaining positive relationship management.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to align messaging strategies and enhance brand reputation through media outreach.
- Oversee graphic design projects for marketing collateral ensuring consistency in branding across all channels.
- Schedule posts efficiently using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research methods, and content creation strategies that drive engagement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including branding, e-commerce integration, public relations tactics, and relationship management.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure all content aligns with brand standards.
