  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage this data to refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage social media management tools to schedule posts efficiently and analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
  • Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific demographics, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with management to craft press releases, manage media inquiries, and enhance the company’s reputation through strategic relationship management.
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings; integrate SEO best practices into content creation efforts.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce activities through engaging product promotions.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to maintain high standards of clarity, accuracy, and professionalism before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, video editing techniques, and photography to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch), scheduling applications like Hootsuite or Buffer, and analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms—especially Facebook Ads—and experience managing paid campaigns effectively.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics tools, and content creation strategies tailored for digital marketing success.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
