  • Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve web traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the public relations team to manage brand reputation and handle crisis communication when necessary.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital channels through branding guidelines and graphic design standards using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, foster community relationships, and manage online reputation proactively.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce teams to promote products through targeted social media campaigns that drive sales.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, photography, and emerging platforms.

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Skilled in video editing for producing engaging multimedia content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with social listening tools and platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring engagement.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality content that aligns with branding standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management skills for collaborating across teams including PR, sales, e-commerce, and creative departments.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including email campaigns, influencer outreach, and branding initiatives.
