Social Media and Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to create and manage high-quality content for a growing trading firm in the retail options space.

This role requires someone who understands both content creation and the fundamentals of stock/options trading, and is comfortable being on camera.

Responsibilities

• Create, film, and edit high-quality short-form content
• Post and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule (4–7 posts per week)
• Appear on camera as part of the brand’s content
• Develop engaging content ideas related to trading, finance, and the company
• Analyze performance and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Cross-post and optimize content across all platforms

Requirements

• Understanding of stock and options trading fundamentals
• Experience filming and editing short-form content
• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong understanding of social media and content trends
• Ability to create engaging, high-retention videos
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience with viral or high-performing content
• Experience in trading or financial content creation
• Willingness to film public/street-style content
• Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Lives in a city
