Duties

- Monitor social listening tools to analyze audience feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach and ROI while maintaining brand consistency.
- Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to track campaign performance, measure KPIs, and generate insightful reports for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to foster positive media coverage and manage relationship building with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
- Oversee social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and streamlining content workflows.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts across digital channels and improve organic search rankings.
- Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions to build strong relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Execute e-commerce marketing strategies by integrating social media campaigns with online sales initiatives.
- Plan and produce multimedia content including photography and video editing to support marketing campaigns.
Skills
