Social Media and Marketing Manager

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity for strategic adjustments.
  • Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance, website traffic, and user engagement; prepare reports for continuous improvement.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation.
  • Coordinate branding initiatives that align with company goals while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Support e-commerce efforts by integrating social media campaigns with online sales strategies to boost conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; video editing skills are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer; familiarity with Facebook Advertising is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations, and content creation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.
  • Experience in photography or videography is advantageous for creating engaging visual content.
