Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Create compelling content tailored for different social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster relationship management.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing or related fields is essential.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, Canva etc.
• Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.
• Experience with content creation that aligns with branding strategies.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles including public relations strategies is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on industry-related topics for effective content development.
