• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening to engage with our audience effectively.
• Utilize tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to manage posts and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and enhance visibility.
• Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for e-commerce initiatives.
• Engage in relationship management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, showcasing your ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design needs.
• Strong understanding of public relations principles and brand management strategies.
• Experience with web analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
• Familiarity with video editing software for creating dynamic multimedia content.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in all communications.

Base Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
