As a Contract Digital Marketing Manager, you'll drive high-impact campaigns to engage online audiences, amplify brand presence, craft webpages, and generate leads for Company programs. This role is perfect for a results-oriented marketer passionate about leveraging AI, social platforms, and data-driven tactics to connect with never-disconnected audiences on the go.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to create AI-enhanced marketing engines for multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, mobile web/apps), focusing on audience engagement and conversion optimization.
  • Social Media Mastery: Manage and grow presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X), posting optimal content at peak times, running targeted ads, and building communities aiming for viral growth inspired by Jason's "one million fans" playbook.
  • Content Creation & Multimedia: Produce compelling content including videos, responsive web assets, mobile-optimized graphics, and interactive multimedia to support digital experiences.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with A/B testing, retargeting, and performance analytics to drive enrollments and ROI.
  • Mobile & Ecommerce Focus: Develop mobile-first strategies (SMS, push notifications, mobile commerce) and integrate ecommerce elements for seamless online donations/registrations.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or AWS marketing services to track KPIs (engagement, conversions, CAC), providing weekly insights and recommendations to Jason.
  • AI Integration: Experiment with AI tools for personalization, content generation, and predictive analytics to automate workflows and scale efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, admissions, and creative teams to align marketing with business goals.
Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, with proven success in social media growth, campaign management, and AI-driven automation.
  • Skills:
Platforms: Expert in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite/Sprout Social

Tools: Google Analytics 4, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), AI platforms (ChatGPT, Jasper)

Content Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing (Premiere/CapCut)

Metrics Strong in ROI analysis, A/B testing, funnel optimization

  • Education: Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Mindset: Data-driven, creative, fast-paced; thrives in entrepreneurial environments like Jason's—passionate about mobile/social revolutions.
