- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain the visual and editorial direction of all content.
- Research and stay up to date on SEO, content trends, and consumer behaviour.
- Ensure consistency across websites, social media platforms, and video content.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Track and report on growth patterns, viewership trends, and performance dips.
- Maintain a calendar of project deadlines and content deliverables.
- Ensure content strategies align with platform-specific goals and audience expectations.
- Proficiency across all major platforms, including Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Oversee the development and launch of new content channels and formats.
- Ideation for content curation and creation across all social media platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, audience behaviour, and emerging technologies to drive creative decisions and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, television, media studies, communications, marketing) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong storytelling and creative writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
