Social Media Associate

Job Summary:

Noyan Digital is looking for a creative and performance-focused Social Media Associate to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence. Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting our services, building brand awareness, and supporting lead generation through social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals
• Manage and maintain company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Create engaging and creative content including posts, captions, stories, reels, and short videos
• Capture basic photos and videos (mobile-based) for social media content including office activities, campaigns, and promotional material
• Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content tailored to each platform
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to produce high-quality content
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and optimize content strategy
• Build and engage with online communities and industry professionals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Basic knowledge of content creation (graphics/videos + photography)
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of paid social campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn – optional)
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI tools) for content creation
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of trends and audience behavior
