About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends marketing creativity with business growth skills — the ideal candidate knows how to build a strong online presence and convert that visibility into real business opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing

• Develop and manage engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create and publish high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, campaigns) aligned with brand identity.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, optimizing for engagement and lead generation.
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and online channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to convert social media leads into sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and business development (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creativity in content creation (photography, videography, or design is a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and generate insights.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
