Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to target audiences.
Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media advertising.
Test and implement new ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options to drive continuous improvement.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to campaign delivery, tracking, and attribution.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support campaign execution.
Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Buyer or in a similar digital marketing role.
Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
