About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who can think strategically about social and campaign-driven marketing. Someone who can plan content direction, build structured calendars, spot trends early, and turn ideas into impactful campaigns with the support of internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop campaign ideas and structured content calendars for social growth and brand positioning.
• Coordinate with design, content, and tech teams to align creative execution.
• Manage brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and relevant online communities.
• Engage with audiences and build meaningful community interactions.
• Track performance insights and suggest improvements based on data and trends.
• Research competitors, content formats, and new engagement opportunities.

What You’ll Need

• 2–4 years of experience in social or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and storytelling.
• Creative thinking with the ability to structure ideas into actionable plans.
• Comfort working with performance metrics and basic analytics tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
