proactive and dynamic Social Media & Client Manager
with
1-2 years of experience
to oversee our digital presence and client relationships. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, create impactful online campaigns, and maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).

Monitor analytics to measure performance and optimize content accordingly.

Stay updated on digital trends and implement innovative strategies to grow online presence.

Manage paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
Client Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Understand client goals, provide regular updates, and ensure timely delivery of services.

Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to align objectives and outcomes.

Handle client feedback professionally and ensure continuous improvement in service quality.

Prepare and present performance reports and marketing insights to clients.
