Social Media & Content Coordinator

Are you someone who understands how to market an academic institute through compelling storytelling, creative content, and strategic communication?

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and creative individuals to help lead the social media and marketing activities for well-established school campuses in Karachi. You will work under direct supervision and mentorship from our strategic team — but you will also take ownership of the day-to-day content, campaigns, and school visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and propose a monthly social media content calendar (to be pre-approved)
• Visit campuses regularly to capture photos and videos, cover events, and coordinate with school heads, principals, and teachers
• Prepare ideas, script reels, and collaborate with designers and video editors
• Occasionally appear in reels or help direct and create viral-worthy content
• Post on all social media platforms, manage comments/messages, and grow the online presence
• Ensure timely content delivery and event coverage
• Submit a monthly performance and analytics report

Ideal Candidate Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Media Sciences, Marketing, English, or Education)
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• A creative mindset and good aesthetic sense
• Confidence to work with teachers, heads, and academic staff
• Ability to script, shoot, edit short-form videos (CapCut / Canva or similar)
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok trends
• Ownership, time management, and accountability
• A good smartphone device (for capturing and editing content)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
