Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative Malayalam Reel Content Creator who can script, direct, and deliver high-quality short-form content and ad films. The ideal candidate is not just a storyteller but also understands the end-to-end production process and can bring ideas to life with originality and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Ideation & Scripting: Develop engaging Malayalam scripts and storyboards for reels and ad films.
• Direction & Production: Handle pre-production (concepts, casting, planning) and direct shoots with creative vision.
• Post-production Collaboration: Work closely with editors and designers to deliver polished final outputs.
• Trendspotting: Leverage social media and cultural trends to create viral, shareable content.
• Brand Storytelling: Ensure content aligns with brand tone and campaign objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and production teams for smooth execution.

Must-Have Requirements

• Portfolio: Demonstrated work in reels, ad films, or short-format video content.
• Experience: Proven background in scripting and directing digital video content.
• Pre & Post Production Skills: Familiarity with the full production cycle (planning, shooting, editing workflows).
• Language: Strong command of Malayalam (writing & speaking).

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

• Acting or on-screen performance skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
• Previous experience in branded content, advertisements, or viral digital campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
