Job Role: Social Media Creator (Instagram & YouTube)
Location: On-site, [Bangalore office]
About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media content creator who is passionate about digital platforms
and content creation. If you’re someone who loves spotting trends, creating engaging content,
and building communities online, this role is for you. You will primarily focus on Instagram and
YouTube , helping the brand grow its digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: Ideate, script, and create engaging reels, shorts, and posts aligned
with the brand.
● Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, challenges, and formats, and adapt
them for brand/product stories.
● UGC Enablement: Drive user-generated content by initiating interactive campaigns,
contests, and collaborations.
● Community Management: Support day-to-day activities on IG and YT – scheduling
posts, writing captions, and engaging with the audience.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics, measure reach/engagement, and share
insights to optimize content strategy.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the brand, creative, and marketing teams to execute
campaigns.
Requirements:
● Strong understanding and active usage of Instagram & YouTube.
● Hands-on experience with reels, shorts, memes, and digital storytelling.
● Basic video editing and creative content production skills.
● A strong sense of current digital trends, pop culture, and internet-first communication.
● Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to experiment with fresh ideas.
