We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role involves creating engaging content across various platforms, enhancing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement. The Content Writer will collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality written materials that align with our brand voice and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic reach.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Engage in social listening to understand audience preferences and trends, adapting content strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media accounts using platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Write press releases and other public relations materials to promote brand initiatives.
- Edit and proofread all content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media marketing to inform content strategies.
- Assist in video editing and photography tasks as needed to enhance multimedia content offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing writing samples across various formats.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including branding, public relations, and e-commerce strategies.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage relationships effectively while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in video editing is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

What you need to do: come in 1.5 hours for 5 days a week, film social media content, and post consistently. You will have accounted for 2.5 hours outside of the stores to focus on posting/ editing.
