About the Role:

Raast Solutions is looking for a Creative Content Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in Canva, Adobe tools, and video editing — especially in creating engaging Reels and short-form content.

You’ll be responsible for handling Raast Solutions’ official social media pages, crafting eye-catching visuals, videos, and captions that reflect our brand and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Raast Solutions’ social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and design posts, stories, and banners using Canva & Adobe
• Edit videos and create Reels and short-form videos from concept to upload
• Develop engaging content strategies aligned with company goals
• Write creative captions and hashtags to improve engagement
• Track and report performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement)
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to brand content

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or graphic design
• command of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to think creatively and produce original, engaging content
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of online engagement
• Must be available to work on-site during the evening shift (04:00 PM – 01:00 AM)
