Social Media Content Creator

Manoah Made Gym is seeking a talented and creative Content Writer with a passion for fitness, health, and storytelling to join our growing team. The ideal candidate understands how to turn workouts, transformations, and community moments into compelling digital content that connects, inspires, and converts.

You’ll be responsible for crafting high-impact written content that reflects our brand’s mission, to help people perform, feel, and live better , across multiple digital platforms. This role blends creative writing, digital marketing, and fitness culture to strengthen our brand presence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging written content for our website, blog, email campaigns, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Create storytelling-driven captions, campaign copy, and educational posts around topics like training, nutrition, mindset, and recovery.
• Conduct keyword and trend research to optimize content for SEO and increase visibility within the fitness and wellness space.
• Collaborate with trainers, nutrition coaches, members & marketing staff to develop cohesive messaging that aligns with Manoah Made’s brand voice.
• Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer to assist in creating visually appealing, on-brand social media content.
• Participate in social listening — stay on top of fitness trends, member/ athlete stories, and audience conversations to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Edit, proofread, and maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and messaging across all platforms.
• Assist with press releases, blog features, or member highlights to boost our community and media presence.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track engagement and make data-driven adjustments to improve reach and performance.
• Support campaign launches, product drops (e.g., smoothies, apparel, programs), and event promotions through strong storytelling and creative strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media management — ideally in the fitness, sports, or wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content trends in health and fitness.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form storytelling platforms.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar tools for visual content support.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to tone and clarity.
• Ability to adapt writing for different audiences — from athletes to general fitness members — while maintaining brand voice.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Experience with fitness, training, or nutrition content is a strong plus.
• Video editing experience (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro) is a bonus but not required.
