• Engage in social listening activities to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Support public relations efforts by drafting press releases, media pitches, and managing relationship management initiatives with media outlets and influencers
