Role Overview
The Social Media Content Creator will support Dakia.ai’s digital presence by producing engaging, visually appealing, and brand-consistent content for various platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing and product teams to communicate the value of Dakia.ai’s solutions to SMBs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling content (posts, short videos, captions, reels, stories) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with Dakia.ai’s mission and product offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Convert product features and updates into clear, accessible, and engaging social content.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks) and suggest improvements based on data.
• Stay updated with trends in AI, SaaS marketing, and social media best practices.
• Assist in community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Media Studies, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging captions.
• Basic experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content styles.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
