Restaurant Marketing Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Restaurant Marketing Content Creator to manage and grow our restaurant’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing monthly social media plans, and driving footfall and sales through strong online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar aligned with restaurant promotions, events, and seasonal offers
• Create high-quality food photography, videos, reels, and ambiance shots for marketing use
• Manage and grow restaurant presence on Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute content shoots for new menus, special dishes, events, and dining experiences
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content that reflects the restaurant’s brand and fine-dining image
• Actively work on increasing guest reviews and ratings on Google and social media platforms
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional and brand-consistent manner
• Coordinate with restaurant management and operations team for promotions, campaigns, and events
• Track social media performance and provide basic monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth
• Stay updated with social media trends, food content styles, and competitor activities

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive, preferably in restaurant, hotel, or F&B industry
• Strong skills in food photography, videography, and short-form video creation (Reels / Shorts)
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
• Passion for food, hospitality, and fine-dining experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
