Social Media Content Creator – Sauce Boss KSA (Madinah)
Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia
Compensation: 2,000–2,500 SAR/month + performance-based bonuses (full time benefits include Iqama, accommodation and health insurance )

Are you a creative, sales-driven social media content creator with strong photography, video editing, and design skills? Do you know how to make content that not only looks good, but actually brings customers into a restaurant?

Sauce Boss KSA is a Western fast food restaurant in Madinah. We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help drive real footfall and sales by creating engaging, high-performing content across multiple platforms.

This role is not just about posting — it’s about using social media to attract customers, promote offers, and grow our brand presence locally.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Media
Film, photograph, and edit content showcasing our food, atmosphere, offers, and customer experiences
Create short-form videos optimized for engagement and reach
Produce promotional content for new menu items, offers, and limited editions

Platform Management
Create and post content for TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat
Monitor performance and improve content based on analytics

Sales-Driven Marketing
Create content specifically designed to drive more sales and bring more customers into the restaurant
Promote special offers and campaigns
Help increase footfall during quiet periods

Design & Promotional Support
Assist in designing promotional posters
Support menu designs and menu updates
Help with in-store marketing materials
Support visual branding across all platforms

Audience Growth & Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and trends
Build rapport with customers
Track views, engagement, and follower growth

Trend Awareness
Keep content fresh using trending sounds, viral formats, and creative ideas
Suggest campaign concepts and content strategies

What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat
Photography and video editing skills (mobile or professional tools)
Basic design skills (for posters, menus, and promotions)
A marketing mindset – ability to create content that attracts customers and converts into sales
Consistency and creativity – able to post multiple times per week
Madinah-based (must live in Madinah and visit the restaurant regularly)
Sales-focused and results-driven
