Social Media Content Creator

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality, fast-paced, and platform-native content for social media channels, with a primary focus on Stories, Reels, short-form videos, and real-time content. The role supports social media strategies by translating briefs and ideas into engaging visual content optimized for mobile consumption and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short-form, high-impact content for social media platforms (primarily Stories, Reels, Shorts, and fast edits).

• Shoot and edit video content optimized for mobile and social consumption.

• Adapt content to platform best practices (timing, formats, trends, pacing).

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager / Strategist to execute content plans and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the creative team to align content with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign objectives.

• Capture real-time content during events, activations, or campaigns when required.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.

• Organize and manage raw content, drafts, and final outputs efficiently.


Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio required).

• Strong skills in short-form video shooting and editing.

• Experience covering live events or on-ground activations.

• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.

• Solid understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).

• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.

• Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Ability to take direction while also contributing creative ideas.


Preferred Skills

• Basic motion graphics or animation skills.

• Familiarity with content performance metrics and engagement insights.
