We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our small but mighty team! In this role, you will work with our Marketing Coordinator to develop innovative content strategies, produce captivating multimedia content, and elevate our brand’s presence online. Your creativity and technical skills will help us connect authentically with our audience, drive engagement, and strengthen our digital footprint. Duties

• Develop and execute compelling content strategies tailored to various social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Create high-quality visual and video content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, Canva, etc.
• Manage daily social media posting schedules.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and audience feedback to inform content planning.
• Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
• Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding promptly to comments and messages to foster community loyalty.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to align messaging with branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Support digital marketing efforts through Paid advertising campaigns and e-commerce promotions to boost online sales.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut/Edits, or other editing software.
• Knowledge of video editing software to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Familiarity with paid digital marketing channels.
• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in branding consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in Aesthetic and Regenerative medicine strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills for effective relationship management across teams and audiences.
