We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated content creator to help tell our story across social media.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a part-time Social Media Content Creator to visit our five coworking locations throughout the month and produce high-quality photo and video content for our social platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves capturing engaging moments, showcasing unique spaces, and transforming visual content into organized, polished marketing assets.

This is an independent contractor role with scheduling flexibility—work when and how you’d like, as long as you meet the weekly submission deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit all Thrive Workplace locations on a monthly basis to capture photos and short-form videos.
• Generate content showcasing our spaces, members, events, amenities, and community vibe.
• Edit photos and videos to produce polished, platform-ready assets.
• Utilize AI tools (optional but encouraged) to enhance content quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with the sales + marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and campaign needs.
• Organize and submit weekly content packages on a consistent schedule.
• Maintain a reliable method of transportation to travel between Arvada, Denver, Centennial, and Castle Rock.

Requirements

• Experience creating and editing social media–ready photos and videos.
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends (Instagram, TikTok, Reels).
• Proficiency with editing tools (mobile or desktop).
• Ability and willingness to drive to all Thrive locations.
• Reliable, self-directed, and able to meet weekly deadlines.
• Comfort interacting with people and capturing candid community moments.
• Access to your own camera or phone capable of producing high-quality media.

**We are open M-F, 8am-5pm so capturing content on site during these hours is necessary, but you can choose those hours!

Pay: $20.00 per hour
