Job Overview

Iris Digital Valley is looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join our team. If you have a passion for storytelling, social media, and creating engaging digital content, this role is for you. You will be responsible for developing content that enhances brand presence, drives engagement, and supports marketing objectives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and campaign copy aligned with brand voice
• Plan and execute content calendars in coordination with the marketing team
• Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies
• Shoot and edit photos/videos for digital platforms (where required)
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all content

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Understanding of social media platforms and analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Experience working in a marketing agency or digital environment
• Knowledge of content marketing strategies and trends
